We appeal to your understanding that pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Nighttime peace
Our apartments offer an ideal location for those looking for peace and quiet. In the interests of good neighborliness, we therefore ask you to observe the quiet times from around 11 p.m. in the evening. Thank you very much!

House rules
In order to ensure that everyone has a pleasant holiday and that subsequent guests also have a clean flat, we ask that the following rules be observed:
- There is one covered parking space per flat and one additional parking space outside; if a third parking space is required, please contact us for availability.
- Pets are not allowed in our flats; for guests with allergies to animal hair, a thorough cleaning of all carpets, upholstery and curtains would be necessary, this is not possible during the winter season.
- Please enter the flat only with slippers, shoe racks are located in front of
- For boots, mountain boots and ski boots there is a dryer in the ski room.
- House quiet from 23:00 on: At the latest from this point onwards, please keep entertainment and radio/TV at room volume..
- Lost keys will be charged €40 per key.
- Please use the terraces or balconies for smoking.
- Please report broken crockery or glasses in order to organise replacements; however, wilful damage to furnishings will be charged for
In order to protect the environment, please observe the following points:
- We separate waste, so please use the bins provided. There are bins in the flat for organic waste, paper, plastic and cans/metal. For glass and cardboard, there are collection bins in the entrance hall; larger quantities of plastic or packaging material and cans can be put in the yellow or blue bin at the side of the entrance hall (through the door with the glass window you can reach the small terrace and the bins).
- Please help to save electricity and heating energy by turning off lights that are not necessary, only ventilate briefly and keep windows closed when temperatures are below freezing (do not leave them tilted either!). The heating is reduced from midnight, so it is not necessary to keep the windows open after airing.
- The room temperature can be increased or reduced by approx. 1 ½ °C via a thermostat in the living room.
- Also, before leaving, please check that all windows are closed → Avoid frost damage!
- If frost damage occurs to radiators or pipes due to windows being left open, the repair costs wil
